I cannot highly recommend Tim, Warren and their team at Exotic Limo enough. They go above and beyond to make your special day even more special. We used a number of cars from their fleet for our wedding day and the service was impeccable. Mark was our main driver in the stunning black Bentley stretch and his professionalism and expertise with direction and punctuality was amazing. Since my first contact with Tim to even after our wedding day has been second to none and I will certainly be using them again in the future. Thanks again for everything Tim!

Literally the WORST customer service I have even expeirenced in my life.All our times were booked wrong even though i had emailed Warren the correct cars and times for our wedding. Warren still managed to book it incorrectly and then to make matters worse deny any responsibility and put all blame onto my self even though I had confirmed via email the times required.Ended up in an uber home due to warrens inability to follow booking instructions. And to make mattets worse when contacting warren after the wedding he took absolutley zero responsibility and put all blame onto myself. How can you blame the customer when the customer did all the correct things and it was your company who booked the incorrect times.DON'T book with them unless you want to throw money down the drain and get an uber in the end.Extremely dissapointigThere are plenty of limo companys to choose from i melbourne. stay away from exotic limo!!!

Hired the Pink Hummer for my daughter's 40th Birthday Absolutely Fabulous ?Chauffer Rob provided excellent service on time also being very helpful for anyone having difficulty getting in and out of the Hummer Plenty Music Entertainment, Champagne, Water, Soft Drinks on Ice I can' fault anything Highly Recommend will book with Exotic Limousines again and again Thank you for a Great day ?

I have been left shattered. My trip to Melbourne that took months planning and to surprise my mum and sister with a stretch Porsche, to only be told at the airport that the Porsche won’t be coming due to a starter motor issue, which they knew a day before but failed to inform me, to be given no other option then a crappy white hummer that was dirty and looked like garbage.Called Warren several times with no reply. The drivers were lovely. But the hummer was so ugly I would have preferred a maxi taxi. I didn’t pay for a hummer. I have used exotic limos before but never again!Worst service I have ever received. To just supply me with a crappy hummer with no consult knowing 24 hours before my booking and knowing I was paying the final payment a day before is just poor service. I try not to let things affect me, but this really has. I had a vision to surprise my family with the red carpet and all to get nothing like I was told I would get.Don’t risk your special event with this company!

I would like to thank both warren and Tim for their wonderful booking service and for taking my frantic stressing sos calls and reassuring me all along that things were fine and on track. Most of all I'd like to thank them for providing the most amazing driver ever. Cam told me to make sure I wrote bad things about him ? Problem is I just don't have anything bad to say. From the beginning to the end this guy went above and beyond to make sure my son had a great year ten leavers and he sure did have an amazing day. I'm sure when I made this booking you all thought Yep I was crazy wanting a car shipped to tassie for a year ten leavers. It was SOOOOOO WORTH IT the Ferrari F430 Spider was amazing. We will be forever grateful. Cam was amazing doing everything he could to make us happy and gave us the most memorable day ever. I would highly recommend him as a driver and the company. Actually I hope he is still driving in 4 years time when my other son leaves year ten because he has the job for sure. Ten star service guys ??????? thankyou!!!!

Very disappointing. Booking process for our event was excellent however the package we booked was not what was provided. There was a change in policy re alcohol which was fine however we weren’t notified prior. Package also included snack items which weren’t provided. Prior notice would have allowed us to plan for this. Driver was very pleasant and helpful however he was late picking up (with no prior call) which made us late for our destination booking. Issues with music connectivity and ice machine was also out of order. I have followed up countless times to speak to a manager / supervisor to provide feedback however nobody has bothered to return my call. All in all, very disappointing. I would book elsewhere.

Very poor service. Driver dropped us off at our final photo location and was meant to pick our parents up from nearby and then return to the photo location and take us all to our wedding ceremony. Instead he picked up the parents and drove straight to the wedding ceremony, leaving the bridal party stranded. He only returned to pick us up after we called him (he said he didn't know where we were even though he dropped us off and had it written down in the booking!). This caused the ceremony to be delayed by 45 minutes and a huge amount of stress. We lost allocated time for family photos (which nothing can make up for) and rushed through parts of the reception in order to make up time. I have contacted the business and they refuse to deal with the issue and rather focus on peripheral issues raised in the complaint. They also then have the audacity to say they hope I will refer others to them. I wouldn't recommend them as they are completely unreliable.

'WOW! I've just had the ultimate wedding car experience with Exotic Limo! I never thought I'd be able to combine all my dream cars and limousines when I first started researching wedding transport. A friend put us onto Exotic Limo, where we booked three Rolls Royce Ghosts, the Ferrari limousine and two Bentley Limousines, one in black and one in white. Oh and Youil (my Husband now! :)) also got a Lamborghini Groom transfer to our ceremony as well. The customer service in arranging all this for us was truly incredible. Nothing was too much trouble even though I was constantly trying to edit my booking details. And the cars on the day - OMG! What a dream line-up. The entire suburb where I live came to a standstill with all these beautiful cars everywhere. A day to truly treasure, and the guys at Exotic have outdone themselves. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks Tim and Warren, can't wait for the photos I'll send you some of the best ones."

We booked our son Bailey's 10th Birthday Party with Exotic Limo in the BATMAN HUMMER! What an amazing car!! The boys at the party all flipped their lids when they got in and some of the photos I was able to get are absolutely classic. Seriously - it blew all their minds. All the Batman themed stuff inside that Hummer is wild! I just found out that they have a Transformers Bumblebee limo as well! Will check that out for Bailey's birthday next year! Great stuff, you'll love it!

I recently had the 'pleasure' of trying to arrange transport for 96 girls for a gigantic Hens Party. I rang a few companies and got zero help at all from a bunch of grumpy old men, until I phoned Tim from Exotic Limo. The moment I explained my situation he immediately reassured me that this was a 'piece of cake' for him to arrange. Not only did he help me book 7 different stretch Hummers in every colour you can imagine - Gold, Pink, Black and White - but he offered us a very generous package price discount as well. On the night all the Hummers looked so pretty, they were so clean inside and out and the Drivers were all Gentleman who looked after us ladies and walked us to the door of the restaurant with umbrellas because of the rain. I'll be back to Exotic Limo in the future, that's a promise.

Exotic limo has an unbeliavle reputation in Melbourne and their wedding cars and services are well know in my circles (as friends have used them too). Almost as soon as I popped the question to my fiance, I was on the phone to Exotic the next day HAHA! Definitely wanted to get my Groomsmen in their Ferrari Limousine, the Bridal Party in the Porsche Limousine and my family in the White Bentley stretch. And I wanted the Rolls Ghost for my wife and I. Not only was Warren from Exotic able to move things around for me to get the cars I wanted, he also gave me a neat package discount just so I could have my dream car lineup fit into my budget. Seriously, these guys are legends, the wedding day was flawless, their service is ace, their cars are the best in Melbourne. Highly recommend Exotic Limo

Asked for a Bentley and they gave me a chrystler and when I inquired as to why, they said that the terms and conditions say that we can substitute with an ‘equivalent vehicle’. It was not equivalent and I never heard back. Funny enough the driver TJ did say that head office should compensate me but they are hiding behind the terms and conditions. So my advice shop around or read everything before agreeing. Jean

AMAZING experience with Exotic Limo that deserves a 5 Star Review! Not really being knowledgeable of the 'limousine world', I didn't know what to expect when booking a limo for my Mum’s 60th Birthday surprise. But my goodness, thanks to staff member TJ - I did find the right one - a beautiful White Bentley! Wow! We booked the limousine for a scenic cruise, and inside was an array of complementary items such as bottled water and soft drinks on ice, and lollies for the kids. When the limousine arrived, the chauffeur had the red carpet rolled out on the path and greeted my Mother in a very professional and naturally happy manner wishing her a happy birthday with her favourite song playing on the stereo. She was honestly tickled pink! She was so excited it made me cry! Thank you to all of the team at Exotic Limo. You were all wonderful. I highly recommend your services.

We hired 2 limos (the Ferrari and Camaro stretch) for our wedding day on the 9th December. TJ was easy to speak with and responded promptly. Everything went smoothly until a couple of days before the wedding, we were told that the Ferrari would be unavailable as it had broken down and were waiting on parts. We eventually swapped it with the Bentley. On the day both limos arrived on time, however the Bentley didn’t have as many refreshments as it offered when we booked it, only supplying water and the Camaro had no air conditioning. It was a 40 degree day and the limo was like a sauna. I had really bad anxiety and was upset as I was worried that the heat would affect my hair and makeup. The customer service received was great, however very disappointed with the cars, especially that my husband was looking forward to the Ferrari.

All our family have used them for our weddings over the past 5 years and they have literally NEVER been anything other than perfect. Highest quality cars you can find anywhere in Melbourne, coupled with awesome customer service all the way through your experience. About time I wrote a review for you guys! Haha. We have used this company before with good results. My daughter married a few weeks ago and they ordered a Lincoln Excalibur which was a wonderful looking car on the surface. It was parked in front of my driveway as the bride and party stepped in.Unfortunately that's as far as we got!. the car stalled, overheated as it couldn't take the heat on this extremely hot day of 44 degrees. The driver mentioned that the car is not good in such weather. We were stuck, and had to return into the house to await the upgrade of a Bentley.We ended up very very stressed, a hour late for The ceremony. Everyone was so hot and bothered. There were people who had to leave and couldn't wait. Lucky the priest was ok to wait!!! We returned home after the reception to find the limo still over my driveway making it difficult to drive into my house and they left the limo there for 4 days, open for anyone to access. We ended up pushing it out of the way ourselves!! We have agreed to compensation of some sort as I think that's only fair but was told to read the terms and conditions. Therefore my opinion is bad customer service. If they knew the car was not up to it they should have told us and given is the choice. Quite simple really.

Never Use these guys. Exotic Limousines are complete and utter liars and don’t deserve to own or operate limousines. I had my wedding late last year on the 30/11/19 and had them booked for months and months. I got a phone call 4 days before the wedding, and they had told me the Porsche Cayenne Limo had booked had broken down and would not be operational. I had only been in their office 1 week prior to pay my outstanding amount for the day. I was devastated. They turned around and offered me a Jeep Limousine, and a Chrysler. Hardly a Porsche…. I called around and spoke to a Hummer company. Hummer Limousines. Lucky I called around, as the guys at Hummer Limousines had acquired the Porsche and had it in their fleet only 2 weeks before. Those guys at Hummer Limousines were absolutely fantastic. They were able to provide the Porsche for my wedding day. I had asked Exotic limo for my refund and was told it would take 30 days. I went straight to their office and demanded it on the spot. It disappointed me that they didn’t pass on the work that they had booked onto who ever bought it, they just tried to offload me other cars they had. Don’t be fooled and be careful if you have booked with them. They are liars. I would not trust them at all from a business perspective and they should be ashamed. Disappointed Porsche customer. Worst service I have ever had! Hired a limo for my daughter's wedding party and paid up front......exotic limo NO SHOW. Didn't bother to phone, when I eventually got hold of them claimed system problem and offered a limo in 1.5 hours! Sorry wedding over in 1.5 hours, do not use this company totally unreliable. Only giving 1 star because the is nothing less. THANKS FOR RUINING THE DAY!!

Do not use this company. Had booked months in advance and they took the booking. A day b4 the event they cancelled due to car being taken off the road...... Obviously they had a better offer as price was cheaper than other companies and it was Valentines day. Used another company on principle and wasn't surprised when they told us that Exotic Limo was known in the industry for doing this.

I am really happy with the service I received from Exotic Limo on my wedding day! When booking cars, my partner and I were really only thinking about the TYPES of cars we would want. However ,on the day I soon realised that its the service that is equally if not more important than the cars! All our Drivers were AMAZING! So polite, genuinely seemed happy to be with us on our special day, courteous, safe drivers, and it just felt like they knew what they were doing from first minute to last. Excitingly I recently got married and am finally getting around to posting my reviews for all my chosen vendors! Even though cars were last on my list of things to book, Exotic Limo are the FIRST vendors I want to review - because they absolutely nailed the transportation aspect of our whole day! I had been recommended to Exotic by friends who used them last year for their wedding, and from the moment I first spoke to Warren I felt in professional hands. We actually needed 6 cars on our day and were able to easily arrange this through the one company which was handy! The Bentley limo’s were so beautiful, the classic vehicles I arrived to the church in were beautifully maintained, and my hubby loved all the sports cars we booked for the boys side of things! Cherry on top was the lovely drivers who tended to us all day as if we were their own family! It was something I didn’t really think about pre-wedding, but was very pleasantly surprised by on the day! Very caring staff, very good people to work with, very fair prices considering the class of vehicles we ordered. We have some incredible wedding photos with your cars - which I will be forwarding to you to use as promised! Just like almost every other 2020 wedding, mine had to be postponed. The limo I had originally booked was unavailable on the new date of my wedding. Warren was so understanding, and so accommodating, he made the whole experience so much easier. From the down-to-earth yet professional customer service, to the actual experience on the day, I could not fault the company one bit. The driver, Jorge, (though I met him briefly) was professional and on time and my bridal party spoke highly of the trip. Will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend to family and friends

We had the pleasure of working with Warren and Tim from Exotic Limo who were professional, easy to speak with, attentive to detail and ensured that the stress of arranging the vehicles/drivers for my wedding was put behind the scenes and delivered on every promise.We had 2 x 7series BMWs and the Bentley Continental GT Limo which were amazing!The drivers were very nice, great laughs on the way to our wedding and throughout the day. We got married (finally!) 2 weekends ago and used Exotic Limo in Melbourne as our vehicle vendor. They exceeded our expectations in every possible way! Absolute legends on the phones, nothing was too much for their team even though we had to make a lot of Covid changes this past year!Really honest business who looked after our whole family as if we were their family! I’m not much of a ‘review’ guy, but I know I have experienced something extra special with Exotic limos and I want to spread the word for the guys.Also special mention must go to all our drivers on the day! We had a few but Jorge, Moe, Phillipe and Warren were all absolute Gentleman all day long. Really polite, not invasive of our special family moments on such an important day, but were always around to open doors, give out much needed drinks, keep the cars spotless and looking mint, and were all great in traffic and under time pressure. Also the rolled out red carpet was great!As I said we have had such an awesome experience all the way through with our car vendor Exotic Limo. There is a reason they have been in business for over three decades and have such an awesome reputation in Melbourne. All my friends present on the day who are getting married soon have already contacted the team to get the ball rolling!Such an awesome experience, hopefully I can come back again in the future for some more experiences.Very happy and satisfied customer here. Great Customer Service! Made a booking for my Deb, the initial booking was really easy and simple to book but unfortunately we had to change the date a few times due to it being in the midst of Covid. The car was in pristine condition, the driver Vince was on time and an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was helping the girls in and out of the car, hold umbrellas for everyone while he was getting wet and just an absolute champion of a guy to talk to. But I did have one of your stretch limo's speed past me just to over take on an empty road while I was doing the speed limit. If you're unsatisfied by this then perhaps you should tell your diver not to drive dangerously in a company car.

We had a car booked, and our wedding venue folded due to COVID. The other venue was a similar distance travel wise to the original but they added and extra $350.00 to the original $750.00 just because it was in a different direction. $1100.00 for a one hour hire?? Not a chance!!

Tim from exotic limo was an absolute legend! Our original limo was cancelled on us last minute (4.30pm the night before) and Tim managed to find us an amazing pink Hummer for the next morning! We had the best day and highly recommend Exotic Limo!!!

This is the 2nd time I have used Exotic Limo and can highly recommend them. Our first experience was with the yellow bumblebee limo for my sons 21st 3 years ago and then again on the weekend for my youngest sons 21st in the Batman themed hummer. What a buzz that was for him and his friends. Red carpet treatment, best driver Moe, and Tim who booked us in! Do yourselves a favour and book a ride - the look on both my sons faces when they saw the limos was priceless! Great 21st experience for Both 👍

Unforgettable Year 12 formal for six school friends. With only a week to arrange transport, Exotic Limos was incredibly accommodating, flexible with pickup & drop off locations and courteous & professional in all exchanges. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!If I could, this would be zero stars. The service we received on our wedding day was the farthest from professional or deserved granted the hefty price tag. Our driver showed up late, and 1.5km away from the agreed pick up location. Had never driven in the Yarra Valley, we had to be his google maps & give directions. Went to wrong pick up location for my bride, thus ruining our wedding ceremony and causing my bride to be OVER AN HOUR LATE TO HER OWN WEDDING!!!After this was all said & done, it took them 6 weeks to return my calls with feedback & a complaint. Finally got a call back from Warren, " We've fired the driver & I'm going to give you $300 back for your troubles" - that was on the 14th April... and said I'd be refunded within 3 days, yet here we are almost 2 months later and no sign of a refund.This company is a joke. DO NOT BOOK THEM.

We had the BEST day in our bat mobile limo. The driver was amazing and took us a longer way back from the vineyard so we could stay in there for longer drinking and listening to music. The limo itself was huge, the speakers were great and I can’t wait till the next time!! Thanks guys.

1) The RR is an exquisite limousine. Absolutely stunning and luxurious beyond belief. 2) Booking and managing the booking could not have been more convenient. I was able to modify and pay with no problems. Plus. Super reasonable pricing. 3) Our chauffeur (Dan) was incredible. He was professional friendly helpful and made us feel like royalty. Exotic limo was great to deal with, no complaints! The drivers were on time and chilled out. I hired the Ferrari limo for the fellas as a surprise and they bloody loved it. The best feeling to be cruising on your wedding day with your groomsman in a flawless Ferrari stretch limo, and then get out at the ceremony as a rock star, especially after a few whisky’s! ;) Best decision i ever made!

Fantastic! Hired them for my daughter’s Sweet 16. Highly recommend this fun and professional crew! Tim was an absolute pleasure to deal with, communication prompt and friendly. We were extremely disappointed for a number of reasons. -Our limo was waiting at the entrance of the hotel as requested, however it was black. When white was requested as It was for the bride.. -Due to a groomsmen being unwell, he unfortunately vomited in the white limo and we were informed he was charged a $600 cleaning fee. . with no receipt or invoice? On what grounds can you charge this fee when we paid $690 to hire the limo in the first place? -Not to mention the white limo was extremely dirty. It wasn’t only dirty, it had chunks of mud everywhere. Regardless of what job the driver had prior.. regardless of a dirt road etc, that limo should have been washed prior to picking us up. It was for a wedding.. And you can’t even wash the limo prior? Who turns up to a WEDDING in a dirty limo? Therefore - the photographer was unable to take photos outside of the limo and we were not able to capture the moments we wanted. Please understand, this was not just a birthday or random event.. it was our wedding. I will credit, we had a fabulous driver (in the black limo) But all correspondence stated, a white limo. And If there was an issue and a white limo wasn't available, then you should have provided good old fashion customer service and notified us. We would like an explanation regarding this situation and an apology.. not to mention to be reimbursed. Because charging us a $600 cleaning fee when your business is not up to standard is absolutely ridiculous. I have emailed twice and had no correspondence in discussing this matter.

I don't normally give reviews. I hired the stretch Ferrari Limo for a very special occasion, at a very specific time - and it didn't show up. I called the driver, who had only called me the night before to ask me for tickets to the same event, and he sounded drunk - at 8:30am in the morning. Not only did we not have our transport, we were late to our event and missed a really important part of it. Don't trust this company with your special occasion - you'll be utterly disappointed as I was.

Had a very pleasant experience, all thanks to Warren who made it happen! We were celebrating our bosses 50th and came face with a few hiccups on the day (nothing to do with Exotic Limo). Warren went over and beyond to accommodate us, delivered superb customer service involving efficient and prompt communication, all in a very friendly manner. He kept us all in high spirits which is SO appreciated and delivered seamlessly when he didn’t have to. Warren is undoubtedly a HUGE asset to Exotic Limo, and because of him, we’ll definitely be return customers. We had a beautiful white stretch hummer which was so clean, vibrant and certainly got us all in party mode. Could not fault one thing! Our driver was lovely, professional and reached our destination with great care (I apologise not remembering the drivers name). All in all, was a wonderful and memorable experience! These guys know what they’re doing!!! Would give 10 stars if I could. Well done team at Exotic Limo, we are all so thankful. Thanks again Warren, you legend!!

Everything was set perfectly from the communication between chauffeurs and managers to the range of limos that we could choose from. Unfortunately for us the limo that we booked had technical issues about an hour before the booking, yet in the span of an hour, we were given a new limo almost has good as the other that stood out quite well, the chaffeur Dan was one of the nicest people I’ve met and he seemed very passionate about his job too and he gave us an amazing ride. All in all. Decent Prices Beautiful Limos Amazing People Definitely booking from here again

It was my brothers wedding yesterday and they booked exotic limos- you only get married once and for my brother it was a long time coming. I just wanted the rag to be perfect, I wanted him to have a ride in the limo and experience all the things he deserves. Unfortunately, exotic limos was unreliable and difficult to contact when they failed to arrive at my brothers house in time. We had to call them continuously for 30 minutes until they finally answered to tell us the limo was broken down. This gave us no time to plan anything else. Fair enough things happen, cars break down but it was the lack of communication that really. Caused our stress. We felt forgotten, not special and I can see my brother tried his best not to let it affect him. It affected me and left a sour taste in my mouth for this company. I would not reccomended. For a company who has been supposedly doing for for 20 years to have zero communication skills is appalling. -5 stars if I could! :(

We were lucky enough to get a ride in the Ferrari Limo from Crown to Rod Laver for a concert. Was such an amazing trip I had to give them 5 stars. The driver Moe was great. Super friendly and somehow got us through peak hour traffic and to the concert in great time. Our daughters had an absolute ball singing their hearts out and watching people on the street taking videos and photos of us like celebrities. They’ll never forget it and I’ll never forget their faces. Special thanks also to Juan and Kim at Exotic Limo for the great communication in the lead up also! We’ll definitely be back!
